RESIDENTS of Teulada-Moraira were asked to vote on what they thought would be the best municipal investments for the town last October. 1,219 people voted for the “Pinaret de la Costa” area to be converted to a green zone for use by citizens and the town hall have now approved the decision for the work to go ahead. The 35,000m2 parcel of land will now be developed as a leisure area for all citizens, including those with dogs as their will also be a designated area for our four legged friends. The land in question is between the school and train station and is currently privately owned, although the owner has agreed to sell the land to the council.
