YOU probably recognise the smiling yellow peanut (or is it a sunflower seed?) logo of Grefusa which produces a wide range of snacks. However, you may not realise that the firm is based in the town of Alzira near Valencia. Latest profit figures for Grefusa are healthy showing an increase of 4.5% on sales of €100 million in 2016. The firm sells its products under brands such as Pipas G and Snatts and distributes to various European countries as well as all over Spain. The company continue to evolve and expand, said CEO Agustin Gregori, and is recognising the trend for healthier snacks such as low fat crisps.
